Our Staff
Our Home Care staff undergo a rigorous recruitment process and are trained to deliver the highest level of care possible.
As your safety Is obviously the highest priority to us, all of our staff carry Embec Care identification and have had the appropriate checks through the Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service and passed the police security checks. All carers are introduced via 'shadowing' where a known staff member introduces them.
In addition, we will endeavour to give the consistency of care to ensure as friendly a service as possible.
We believe - you can give someone knowledge but you can't make them care. All of our staff genuinely care their added knowledge is a bonus which ensures safety, consistency and goals being constantly met.
