Professional and friendly

All of our staff undergo a rigorous recruitment process and are trained to deliver the highest level of care possible.

As your safety Is obviously the highest priority to us, all of our staff carry Embec Care identification and have had the appropriate checks through the Disclosure Barring service and passed the police security checks

In addition, we will endeavour to give the consistency of care to ensure as friendly a service as possible.

Rebecca Jackson

Registered  Manager 

I joined Embec Care as part of the administration team helping the company in the day to day running of the service, as time went by my interest in the care delivery grew. Thankfully Embec Care gave me lots of support and training and my passion for supporting vulnerable adults to live as independently at home as possible became stronger than ever.

I missed the administration side and Embec Care gave me the opportunity to be involved in the care and quality team. Since then I have progressed to my current position in Embec Care. I have successfully completed Level 3 in Business Management and Level 5 in Business Management. I have gained a lot of knowledge and confidence leading me to become a qualified trainer in many specialist subjects including Manual Handling, fire safety and dementia to name a few.

 

 

 

 

 

I joined Embec Care in July 2013, arriving with over 12 years' experience working in care, as Care Coordinator as well as delivering care to people with learning difficulties.  My role within Embec is to carry out client assessments, care planning, managing staff, monitoring and evaluating the care delivered.  Trained in dealing with Dementia patients, NVQ Level 3 in Social Care and Completed many in-house training. NVQ Level 5 in Social Care.

Deputy Manager

I have been with Embec for over 12 months and joined initially as a Home Support Worker and have recently completed her NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.

I have worked in an office environment previously and have many qualifications in the area. I now complete care and administrative duties and I am the first point of call when contact is made with the office.

Linzi Roberts

Administration

I joined Embec Care in August 2010 after spending 32 years working for an airline company. My role at Embec Care includes caring for our clients and carrying out Spot Checks and Quality Checks to ensure our high standards are maintained. I have also achieved my NVQ level 2 and I am a dementia and health and safety trainer.

Quality Assurance Facilitator 

I joined Embec after working in pubs for 10 years, as I decided that I wanted to do something with meaning. I chose care due to a close family member needing care and seeing how much difference it made to their life. I enjoy my work and always go home feeling that I have made a difference to somebodies day.
