What do we require from you?

We require home care workers who will deliver care related

tasks (personal care, shopping, companionship etc.) and support enablement to adults

within Sutton Coldfield, Mere Green, Four Oaks, Walmley, Wylde Green, Erdington,

Stonnall, Shenstone, Little Aston, Aldridge, Streetly and surrounding areas.

  • Staff must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

  • Experience is not essential however you must be kind, empathetic, a good listener, 

    patient and honest. 
  • ​

We can offer you

  • Hours to suit your individual availability.

  • Salary or hourly pay available will start from £9.00 per hour 

  • An individual pension scheme which will commence as per national guidelines for small business.

  • Full training and support throughout your employment.

  • The opportunity to complete a qualification in Health and Social Care.

 

Successful applicants will require a Disclosure Barring Service check.
