The Great British Care Awards

In 2017, Embec Care were regional finalists in three

categories of Great British Care Awards and our volunteer

Jackie Clack won! We're incredibly proud of our staff and we are

also proud to have been noticed and been considered

for these awards.

 

 

 

The Great British Care Awards

In 2016, Embec Care were regional finalists in two

categories of Great British Care Awards and on the

24th of November the nominated staff went to the

Great British Care Awards at the International

Convention Centre in Birmingham and had a fantastic

time. We're incredibly proud of our staff and we are

also proud to have been noticed and been considered

for these awards. Embec Care also received an award

for 'the best employer' and have been put forward to

the National Finals.

 

 

In 2013, Embec Care were finalists in three categories of

Great British Care Awards and on the 1st of October the

nominated staff went to the Great British Care Awards

at the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull and had

a fantastic time. We're incredibly proud of our staff and

we are also proud to have been noticed and been

considered for these awards.

Employer Star Awards 2014

 

Dawn Jackson,

Employer STAR Award in the Category of Small Business

Excellence Winner.

 

"Embec Care Limited is a small company established

seven years ago which now employs up to 30 people.

 They offer services to costumers who experience

relative disadvantages as a result of frailty, illness

or disability, providing practical and personal support

for people living in their own homes, helping them to

sustain their independence and minimise any

risks to their health and safety.

 

Birmingham Metropolitan College has worked with

Embec Care for six years providing training at a variety

of levels to over 80% of staff covering levels 2 and 3

QCF Health & Social Care, Level 5 Leadership and

Management in Health & Social Care and NCFE courses

in Dementia, End of Life, Equality & Diversity and Medication.

 

The Ceretas Home Care Awards 2009

 

New Manager in Home Care National Finalist: 

"Dawn Jackson was nominated for this award

she had demonstrated a high level of expertise

together with exceptional skills in managing the

complex business of providing support and care

to people in their own homes".

 

Dawn and her team of staff went to London to

collect the award which was presented by Ruby Wax

and shared in the excitement of the evening.
