Rebecca Jackson

Registered  Manager

I joined Embec Care as part of the administration team helping the company in the day to day running of the service, as time went by my interest in the care delivery grew. Thankfully Embec Care gave me lots of support and training and my passion for supporting vulnerable adults to live as independently at home as possible became stronger than ever.

I missed the administration side and Embec Care gave me the opportunity to be involved in the care and quality team. Since then I have progressed to my current position in Embec Care. I have successfully completed Level 3 in Business Management and have started my Level 5 in Business Management. I have gained a lot of knowledge and confidence leading me to become a qualified trainer in many specialist subjects including Manual Handling, fire safety and dementia to name a few.
